Questions People Ask
How do I get my purchase back on a new phone?
Through the Ring PRO is paid once, up front, so there is nothing to restore inside the game. Open the App Store, tap your profile picture, then Purchased (or Purchases), find the game, and tap the cloud icon to download it again. Use the same Apple Account you bought it with.
Does the game have ads or in-app purchases?
No. There are no ads and nothing to buy inside the game. You pay once, when you download it.
Do I need an internet connection to play?
No. The game works with no internet, including in airplane mode.
Will my best score move to a new phone?
Your best score is saved only on the device you play on, and nothing is sent anywhere. That keeps your data private, and it also means a new phone starts at zero, and so does reinstalling the app.
Which devices and iOS versions does it run on?
iPhone and iPad with iOS 17 or later, in portrait. Version 2.0 is a full rebuild, so scores from the old version do not carry over. Version 2.1, submitted for Apple review, also supports portrait play on either iPhone Duo display. iPhone Duo checks used the simulator; physical iPhone Duo testing is still pending.
How do I turn off the sound or the vibration?
On the main menu, tap the speaker button for sound and the vibration button for haptics. The game remembers your choice. The game also respects your iPhone's Reduce Motion setting.
