Data In The App
Chip Compound Interest does not collect or send your calculator inputs, saved plans or usage to us. It has no account, advertising, analytics SDK or tracking. Calculations run on your device. Preferences, last valid inputs and saved plans are stored locally; your device’s backup settings may include this local data.
Files You Choose To Share
PDF and CSV exports contain your plan’s amounts, rates, assumptions and schedule. They include a link encoding the same plan inputs so someone with the app can reopen it. You choose whether and where to share a file using Apple’s share sheet. The selected receiving app or service processes the file under its own privacy policy.
Apple And This Website
Apple processes App Store purchases, downloads and any diagnostics you choose to share under Apple’s policies. We may see aggregate App Store reports; the app adds no tracking. This support website is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may process connection information such as IP addresses under GitHub’s privacy statement. This site adds no analytics, cookies or contact form.
Support And Deletion
If you email support, we receive the email and anything you include. Avoid sending sensitive account information. We use support emails to respond and investigate problems, retaining them only as needed for those purposes or legal obligations. Email us to request deletion of support correspondence. Delete individual saved plans in the app, or uninstall the app to remove its local data; manage backups separately in your device settings.
